Matt leads E3 Legacy Intel, the corporate intelligence practice he built to serve companies, brands, and law firms. Our casework spans global counterfeit and diversion operations, marketplace enforcement across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, international fraud and financial crime, and the due diligence that informs consequential decisions. Over the course of his career he has investigated cases jointly with the FBI, the SEC, the U.S. Secret Service, and the U.S. Marshals, and he has been qualified in court as an expert witness in cyber intelligence and cyber forensics.
Matt is also the architect of the AI investigation technology our practice is built on. He develops these systems himself, and our team of licensed private investigators and cyber intelligence experts proves them in live casework. That allows E3 to operate with a depth and speed conventional methods cannot match, without compromising the evidentiary standards our clients depend on.
Matt is a Certified Digital Forensics Examiner, a Florida Board Certified Investigator, and a Certified AI Agent Developer. He serves on the board of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, holds a DOD Secret Clearance, and is a member of the U.S. Secret Service Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force and FBI InfraGard Tampa. Mark has been a licensed, practicing attorney in Florida since 1999 and has practiced a wide variety of legal disciplines, including civil litigation, contracts, eDiscovery, internet crime enforcement and all manner of general business law.
Bruce Anderson is CEH, CDFE, CPTE, and ECSA certified. His long career in law enforcement and private cyber investigations has allowed him to work cyber crimes and wire fraud cases with Homeland Security, FBI, Secret Service, Interpol, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Postal Service, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Customs, and many other domestic and international law enforcement agencies.
Peter Warmka is a former Senior Intelligence Officer with the CIA. He has over 20 years of experience in breaching the security of target organizations overseas. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Webster University’s Masters in Cybersecurity Program, founder of the Orlando-based firm Counterintelligence Institute, LLC, and author of the non-fiction book “Confessions of a CIA Spy – The Art of Human Hacking.”
