Political Intelligence

Opposition Research · Candidate Vetting · Legislative Intelligence for Florida

Behind every bill, every candidate, and every campaign there are people you cannot see, with money, motives, and a plan. We find them. We find out who is really driving the legislation, what they want, what they need, and exactly what it takes to move it or stop it. Then we hand you the arsenal of information you need to win. We are a licensed Florida intelligence firm. We are non-partisan. We do not lobby. We equip the people who do.

Lobbying tools tell you a bill exists. We tell you who is really behind it, what they want, and what it takes to win.

We tell you who is actually driving it

🔍

Find out who is really behind it

Give us a bill, an initiative, an opponent, or a campaign, and we tell you who is actually driving it: the authors and funders behind the front, the interests they serve, what they want and what they fear, and the pressure points that decide whether it lives or dies.

👤

Vet the candidate, before they file or before you back them

Before you endorse, fund, hire, or run against someone, you need to know what is there. We conduct deep candidate vetting and vulnerability studies that surface what a routine background check never will. If you are the candidate, we run the same study on you first.

🏛

Read the legislative landscape

We map the full landscape around legislation that is coming or going: who supports it and why, who opposes it and why, where the real leverage sits, and what is likely to happen at each step. Not a calendar of dates. The forces underneath it, and what they mean for you.

🎯

Move it or stop it

When a bill needs to pass or a dangerous one needs to be stopped, we equip the people positioned to do it. We find the information and the angles that change the conversation and put that arsenal in the hands of your lobbyists, attorneys, and legislators. We do not cast the vote. We make sure the people who can are the best informed in the room.

Human intelligence plus a platform built for this

👥

Real human intelligence

People on the ground, relationships, and the kind of access that does not exist in any database. The opposition shops have people and paper. We bring more.

💻

A proprietary intelligence platform

Technology built for exactly this work, our own, that lets us collect, connect, and analyze information at a depth and speed traditional research cannot match. The capability is real and we will demonstrate it. The method stays ours.

Proven in Florida

We have done this work where it counts, in Florida, on real legislation, with real stakes. We have helped clients turn bills into law, and we have helped stop dangerous legislation before it ever became one.

In one engagement we worked alongside a statewide professional association to repeal an unlawful tax that was harming an entire profession and the consumers it serves. In others, we helped stop legislation that would have allowed unregulated toxins into the food supply, that would have eroded protected speech, and that would have exposed educators and institutional leaders to punishment driven by their opponents rather than by any wrongdoing.

In every one of those fights, the win came from the same place. We found out who was behind the legislation, what they wanted, and what they needed. Then we equipped the lobbyists, the attorneys, and the legislators with the information and the ideas to act.

Frequently asked questions

What is political intelligence?
Political intelligence is the work of finding out who is really behind a bill, a candidate, or a campaign, what they want, and what it takes to advance or defeat them. It goes beyond public records and lobbying software to map the people, money, and motives that decide outcomes. It is non-partisan and built on lawfully obtained information.
What is opposition research?
Opposition research is the systematic investigation of a political opponent, candidate, or issue to find the facts that shape a campaign or a legislative fight. Done properly it is lawful, fact-based, and built only on information that is legally obtained. We deliver it as professional intelligence, not as rumor or partisan spin.
Is opposition research legal?
Yes, when it is done correctly. Lawful opposition research relies on public records, court filings, lawful interviews, and other legally obtained information. It does not involve hacking, trespass, or deception to obtain protected data. As a licensed Florida investigative agency, we work strictly within the law, which is exactly why our findings hold up when it matters.
Are you a lobbying firm?
No. We do not lobby and we do not register as lobbyists. We are the intelligence behind the people who do. We equip lobbyists, attorneys, campaigns, associations, companies, and legislators with the information and the leverage they need. Because we are not a player in the fight, we can work without the conflicts that constrain lobbying firms.
Can you find out who is really behind a bill?
Yes. That is core to what we do. We identify the people and interests actually driving a piece of legislation, the funders behind the front, what they want, and where the real pressure points are. The lobbying tools tell you a bill exists. We tell you who is behind it and what it takes to move it or stop it.
What is candidate vetting, and should I do it before I run or donate?
Candidate vetting is a deep investigation into a candidate's background, record, and vulnerabilities. If you are backing or donating, it tells you what you are getting before you commit. If you are running, it tells you what your opponents will find, so you can prepare. Either way it removes the surprise that loses races.
How is this different from a background check or lobbying software?
A background check returns records anyone can pull. Lobbying software tracks where a bill sits. Neither tells you who is really behind something or what it takes to win. We combine human intelligence with an advanced investigative platform to find what those tools cannot, and we deliver it as an actionable picture, not a data dump.
Do you work statewide in Florida?
Yes. Florida is our home and our licensed jurisdiction, and it is where our human-intelligence advantage is strongest. We work the legislative landscape in Tallahassee and candidate and campaign matters across the state, from Miami to Jacksonville to Tampa to Orlando.
What does an engagement cost?
Every engagement is scoped to your objective and the complexity of the work. Consultations are confidential. We will tell you straight what we can find and how we would approach it.
